Organisation of training :
The course takes place at two sites: the Institut Alimentation Environnement Santé on the JH Fabre site of Avignon University and the Maison Familiale Rurale de Haut Vaucluse in Bollène. The course starts in mid-September and runs until the end of August. The course lasts 13 weeks and is taught by teacher-researchers, researchers, engineers and professionals. The time allocated to the company is 34 weeks.

Description : The Lifelong Learning department promotes professional integration and social advancement. It enables employees or jobseekers to resume their studies throughout their lives in order to improve their skills or enhance their professional experience through diploma, certificate or qualification courses, as well as through the Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE) or Professional Experience (VAP).

Teaching and laboratory team

The teaching team is made up of 35% of teacher-researchers from AU and researchers from INRAe to provide the scientific and methodological tools, 40% of teachers from the MFR and agricultural trainers to implement the technical apprenticeships and 25% of professionals to pass on professional skills. The course is supported by science laboratories (mathematics laboratory) and agrosciences laboratories (IMBE's Ecology, Ecotoxicology and Chemistry applied to Agroecology and Restoration team).

Admission requirements

The initial degree is aimed at anyone with 2 years' higher education who has academic knowledge in the fields of agronomy, ecology, plant production, nature management and protection.
In continuing education, it is also open to jobseekers and employees in the plant production or advisory and environmental sectors. It can also be taken under the VAE programme.
