The Licence Professionnelle (LP) Organisation et Gestion des Établissements Hôteliers et de Restauration (OGEHR) is now available in two streams, enabling students to specialise in different sectors and fields.

This degree includes 2 core coursesThese courses provide cross-disciplinary skills in management, administration and marketing: accounting and financial management, corporate strategy, law, team management, marketing and negotiation-customer relations, use of AI, languages, etc.

As soon as you enrol, you will be asked to choose an option, which will enable you to specialise in a particular field thanks to 2 UEs specific to your course.

Option 1: Hotels and Restaurants

This course allows you to specialise in the hotel and catering sector, and you may also work in golf courses and, of course, hotel and spa complexes.

The key skills you will acquire through this option :
- Yield Management
- HACCP approach
- Quality management in the hotel and catering industry
- Tutored project: setting up your own business

The career opportunities offered by this pathway include: assistant reception manager, assistant manager or sector manager, receptionist, assistant catering manager, accommodation manager, etc.


Option 2: Wine tourism and trade

This course enables you to specialise in the tourism and wine sector, with a particular focus on wine tourism. You can work in tourism companies, wineries or tourist offices.

The key skills you will acquire through this option :
- Wine tasting and culture
- Territorial and cultural marketing
- Legislation applied to the sale of wine
- Tutored project: developing a wine tourism project

The career opportunities offered by this pathway include: wine sales assistant/manager, wine tourism project manager, cultural or regional development project manager, etc.

This option 2 is in partnership with the CCI and the Orange wine school.
