Presentation of the course : The aim of the Notarial Law pathway is to offer students intending to work in the notarial and real estate professions an initial specialisation.
In particular, it enables them to apply for a Master 2 in Notarial Law at the universities that offer it, or to apply for a Master in Law not specialising in notarial law, in order to gain entry to the Institut national des formations notariales (National Institute of Notarial Training), subject to selection. They can also apply for Masters 2 in real estate law and asset management.
