Presentation

The aim of the Notarial Law pathway is to offer students intending to work in the notarial and real estate professions the beginnings of a specialisation. In particular, it enables them to apply for a Master 2 in Notarial Law at the universities that offer it, or to apply for a Master in Law not specialising in notarial law, in order to gain entry to the Institut national des formations notariales. They can also apply for Masters 2 in real estate law and asset management.

Presentation of the course : The aim of the Notarial Law pathway is to offer students intending to work in the notarial and real estate professions an initial specialisation.
Students on the M1 Notarial Law course who pass their year are automatically admitted to the M2 Law Professions offered by Avignon University, which can now be taken under an apprenticeship contract. They can then enter the Institut national des formations notariales (National Institute of Notarial Training), subject to selection.
Graduating with this M1 also enables them to apply for a Master 2 in Notarial Law at universities offering these courses.
