Presentation of the course : The aim of this speciality of the "HRM professions" professional degree is to train professionals capable of managing both payroll and employees' careers, these two concepts being closely linked.

It responds to the needs of companies in the region. These companies have to take into account the need to :
- economic performance in an increasingly competitive environment that requires them to make the most of their staff's skills,
- compliance with strict and constantly changing regulations in personnel management (management of contracts, payroll, declarations to the various social bodies, etc.)
- ensure that employees' skills are not only maintained, but also that they are supported in developing their skills.
