Presentation

The DURF is an accredited diploma (level 6 ex. II, bac +4) which prepares you for the job of training manager, either self-employed or employed within a training organisation or an internal training department within a company, in public or private training organisations.
The preparatory course for the DURF is organised on a sandwich course basis over a period of 10 months. The course will run from 18 September 2023 to 19 June 2024.
The preparation for the Diplôme de Responsable formation d'Avignon Université was designed within the framework of an inter-university partnership and is registered in the Répertoire national des certifications professionnelles. RNCP 36215 and accessible via My Training Account

Objectives
The DURF (Diplôme Universitaire de Responsable de Formation - University Diploma in Training Management) is aimed at a broad range of professionals who share a common interest in training and skills development. The course covers the study of training needs, the development of systems and actions, their management and implementation, and includes leading and supporting teams of trainers, as well as information and communication strategies. The aim is to prepare students for different roles such as training manager, trainer, training consultant, etc. The programme is flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of these different audiences.

Special features
Preparation for the DURF comprises 462 hours of training and 560 hours of work experience (in a job or on a work placement). It takes place over ten months, with 13 weeks of group training over a five-day period (35 hours at a rate of 7 hours per day).

Training required

Hold a 3-year higher education qualification (e.g. "licence professionnelle Formateur d'adultes") or an equivalent qualification (with proof) or, if you do not have the required level (3-year higher education qualification), obtain a Validation of Professional Experience (VAP).

Admission is based on an application and an interview to assess the match between the course and the individual's project
