The unprecedented accumulation of information and the resulting needs now place Data Science (DS) at the heart of the challenges facing the contemporary world. The SD GOAL trains middle managers capable of supporting decision-making through data management activities, statistical analysis and programming, reporting and synthesis.

Our graduates master the various stages of the data analyst and statistician approach, with skills in both data management (Data Management, Data Cleaning) and statistical analysis. They are able to participate in the implementation and operation of decision-making information systems, to process and model data and facilitate decision-making.

On completion of the course, students obtain their Bachelor's degree and can enter the world of work or continue their studies.

As the DUT is always awarded after the second year of the BUT, students can also apply for L3 (MIASHS, MIAGE, etc.) or engineering schools (ENSAI, INSA, Polytech, etc.).
