The BUT 3 PEC is only available on a sandwich course basis to students with a 2-year higher education diploma (BTS, BUT2, L2) who have acquired knowledge in the 4 skills (Eco-design, Industrialisation, Homologation, Optimising flows/Supply chain) at level 2 or who have had recourse to a Validation des Acquis Professionnels (VAP) inherent in the 4 skills and in accordance with the national BUT2 PEC programme.

The first semester enables students to acquire level 1 skills in the various areas of the course.

INNOVATIVE TEACHING BASED ON PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

The 4 skills developed during the course :
Eco-design, industrialisation, certification and flow optimisation.

The training covers the entire packaging life cycle, gradually developing these skills in three levels (novice, intermediate and expert).

Learning and assessment situations (LAS):

The SAEs put students in professional situations while being supervised by teachers during the BUT course (600h). They are carried out in small groups, each working on a variety of subjects as close as possible to a professional context. The aim is to develop students' interpersonal and professional skills by putting into practice the resources studied in class.

BUT3 PACKAGING, PACKAGING AND PACKAGING

The Packaging, Wrapping and Packing (PEC) degree provides candidates with :

- Scientific and technical; product design, graphics, prototyping, etc., while mastering all the machinery
(3D printers, prototyping machines, laser cutting) and software (SolidWorks, ArtiosCad, etc.).

- In the search for innovation: new, recyclable, degradable materials and the design of new connected packaging, with environmental and sustainable concerns omnipresent.

- Perfectly suited to integration into industrial companies.

BUT PEC trains middle managers capable of meeting the industrial, environmental and regulatory requirements of the packaging life cycle (optimising use, using recyclable and recycled materials, preserving resources and ecosystems, developing more virtuous systems, etc.), in all sectors of activity.

After three years' training, students either enter the world of work or continue their studies in schools or on a Masters course.

In 2020, l'Étudiant ranked BUT PEC Avignon as the top PEC course in France.

The Packaging, Wrapping and Packing (PEC) degree provides candidates with :

- Scientific and technical; product design, graphics, prototyping, etc., while mastering all the machinery
(3D printers, prototyping machines, laser cutting) and software (SolidWorks, ArtiosCad, etc.).

- In the search for innovation: new, recyclable, degradable materials and the design of new connected packaging, with environmental and sustainable concerns omnipresent.

- Perfectly suited to integration into industrial companies.

BUT PEC trains middle managers capable of meeting the industrial, environmental and regulatory requirements of the packaging life cycle (optimising use, using recyclable and recycled materials, preserving resources and ecosystems, developing more virtuous systems, etc.), in all sectors of activity.

After three years' training, students either enter the world of work or continue their studies in schools or on a Masters course.

In 2020, l'Étudiant ranked BUT PEC Avignon as the top PEC course in France.
