Description : L'IUT d'Avignon Université est installé sur le campus Jean-Henri Fabre et accueille 550 étudiants dans une structure à la fois fonctionnelle et à dimension humaine depuis 30 ans. The unprecedented accumulation of information and the resulting needs now place Data Science (DS) at the heart of the challenges facing the contemporary world. The SD GOAL trains middle managers capable of supporting decision-making through data management activities, statistical analysis and programming, reporting and synthesis.

Our graduates master the various stages of the data analyst and statistician approach, with skills in both data management and statistical analysis,
Data Cleaning) and their statistical exploitation. They are able to participate in the implementation and operation of decision-making information systems, to process and model data and facilitate decision support.

On completion of the course, students obtain their Bachelor's degree and can enter the world of work or continue their studies.

As the DUT is always awarded after the second year of the BUT, students can also apply for L3 (MIASHS, MIAGE, etc.) or engineering schools (ENSAI, INSA, Polytech, etc.).
