Supporting people towards employment or in employment is more necessary than ever in the current context of economic crisis, a changing labour market and rapidly evolving companies and institutions. With this in mind, the Diplôme Universitaire d'Accompagnateur de Parcours professionnels aims to professionalise and consolidate the practice of career guidance, and apply it to the integration sector.

Presentation of the course : The aim of the DU is to train career path coaches.
This course is designed for people who want to work in the field of professional support for people who are in employment, looking for work, changing careers or seeking social and professional integration.
It is also aimed at support staff who have not received any prior training in this profession and who wish to consolidate and gain recognition for their professional skills, or who wish to upgrade their skills in activities requiring management skills and knowledge.

Supporting people through periods of professional transition is more necessary than ever, in a context of accelerating professional mobility, a changing labour market and rapidly evolving companies and institutions.

The DU APP aims to :

- To train professionals in the fields of integration, career development and career guidance.
- Professionalising and consolidating career support practices.

These professionals will therefore have mastered the techniques, theories and methodologies of PPA.
