Main objective:
Acquire the skills needed to set up a processing chain in R in order to
analyse local property price levels, how they are structured spatially and how they evolve over time.

? Explosion of geographical data: Open Data, GIS, spatial modelling with R.
? Evolving professions: expertise in spatial analysis required by local authorities and developers,
town planners.
? Spatial planning and foresight: impact of teleworking, ecological transition,
urban resilience.
Target audience:
This course is aimed at study managers, professionals or researchers dealing with
real estate issues or who want to learn about spatial analysis with R.
