The Diplôme d'Université Droit de l'Expertise Judiciaire aims to make experts and future experts aware of the specific expectations of magistrates and to enable them to resolve the procedural difficulties they will face.

The course is aimed at legal experts, insurance experts and professionals with the experience and skills required to apply for inclusion on the list of legal experts at the Court of Appeal.
Target skills
The aim of this training course is to equip expertise practitioners with the knowledge they need to understand the legal and judicial framework of the dispute in which they are involved and to carry out their assignment at a good pace right through to its conclusion.
How it works
The course lasts a total of 75 hours face-to-face. It begins between November and December and ends between February and March (depending on the month in which it begins), on two Thursdays and Fridays per month.

Teaching is based on contributions from academics as well as judges and legal professionals, who provide practical case studies.
