Description : L'IUT d'Avignon Université est installé sur le campus Jean-Henri Fabre et accueille 550 étudiants dans une structure à la fois fonctionnelle et à dimension humaine depuis 30 ans. Son implantation au centre du Technopôle Agroparc favorise la réussite professionnelle de ses étudiants et participe à l'économie régionale. L'IUT comprend 4 départements et délivre 4 bachelors universitaires de technologie (BUT), proposés en apprentissage en 3ème année et 2 diplômes universitaires (DU). Le bachelor universitaire de technologie se prépare en 3 ans et confère à ses titulaires le grade de licence. Il est aligné sur les standards internationaux et facilite les échanges avec les universités étrangères.

The mission of the Packaging Emballage et Conditionnement department is to train senior technicians capable of meeting the challenges posed by the necessary changes in packaging and packaging processes, with a view to direct entry into the world of work, as well as towards 5-year higher education qualifications.

Graduates in Packaging and Packaging must therefore have a solid scientific and technical grounding to be able to integrate and contribute their knowledge in a multi-disciplinary and evolving sector of activity.

ADAPTABILITY TO THE PROFESSIONAL WORLD
A course focused on professionalisation:

Work placements: a minimum of 10 weeks in 2nd year (with the option of doing this abroad).
Work-linked training in 3rd year (or 16 weeks of work experience):
