Training objectives

Preamble: work analysis is a methodological approach used in ergonomics, organisation, production management, human resources management and training engineering.

The aim of this Master 2 course is to provide students with analytical and conceptual tools, enabling them to deepen their knowledge and acquire a range of specific skills in the following areas: team management, organisational dynamics, skills management and vocational training reforms, digitisation of work, responsible management, change management, quality approach, project management.

On completion of this course, students will be able to manage and train a team using techniques and tools derived from work analysis. They will be able to manage projects using a methodological approach, with the aim of gathering and processing essential data before carrying out an intervention, training or recruitment.

We can target the following missions in particular:

- Manage and lead a team effectively using specific techniques and tools derived from work analysis.
- Plan and manage projects, applying appropriate methodologies to achieve set objectives.
- Gathering and analysing relevant data prior to any intervention, training or recruitment process, to ensure informed and appropriate decisions.
- To design and implement training programmes based on an in-depth understanding of the needs identified through job analysis.
- Develop solutions tailored to organisational issues, using a methodical approach and appropriate tools.
- Applying a rigorous methodological approach to support organisational change and optimise work processes.

Description : The Lifelong Learning department promotes professional integration and social advancement. It enables employees or jobseekers to resume their studies throughout their lives in order to improve their skills or enhance their professional experience through diploma, certificate or qualification courses, as well as through the Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE) or Professional Experience (VAP).

Target groups

This Master 2 is aimed at both initial and continuing education students:
- Students with 4 years' higher education or equivalent
- Students with 3 years' higher education with experience in training or management (possibility of a VAPP in order to enter the diploma)
- Employees, the self-employed, jobseekers, etc.

Access conditions

- Possibility of validation of professional and personal experience (VAPP), for people who do not have the required level but have experience related to training or management.
- Selection based on an application followed by an interview if necessary
