Description : The IUT d'Avignon Université is located on the Jean-Henri Fabre campus and has been welcoming 550 students in a functional structure with a human dimension for 30 years. Presentation of the course : In the current context of development of craft breweries, the brewing process technician university diploma (DU) provides training in the brewing profession in 3 areas of training:

- Acquire or improve scientific and technical knowledge of beer production
