It corresponds to the following capabilities:

Understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very simple statements aimed at satisfying concrete needs.
Introduce yourself or someone else.
To be able to ask a person questions about themselves and answer the same type of questions.
Communicate simply if the other person speaks slowly and clearly and is cooperative.
