It requires the following skills:
Understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Be autonomous in most situations encountered when travelling in a region where the target language is spoken.
Produce simple, coherent text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest.
Be able to recount an event, an experience or a dream, describe a hope or a goal and briefly give reasons or explanations for a project or an idea.
